Mr. Samir Lakhani by profession is an engineer passing out of Changa Institute of Technology. He joined Reliance Communication Limited in this first stint that lasted for 4 years. Being a foodie away from his family, he realized the importance of having a food joint that serves quality, he began his journey by taking up franchises of Sankalp and Chatkazz. Banking upon his experience of running these franchises he started his brand by the name HL Frankie and later backward integrated into forming a supply chain to make Frankie a famous go-to food across Ahmedabad. He also worked out of the Famous Urban Chowk Food Park which was the first of its kind organized Food Park in Ahmedabad. His two brands Burger Factory & The Chocolate Story garnered a lot of praise for him. With the covid-hit scenario, he came back to his basics and is now growing HL Frankie to be one of the largest Frankie Brands in Ahmedabad.

Equal with him in his journey if not more, his wife Mrs. Sophiya Samir has been his mental & Emotional support system for building HL Frankie the largest Frankie Brand in Ahmedabad. Sophiya who is a fashion designer, left-back her passion for clothes to help Samir build his dream brand that they want to make as the largest Frankie Chain in Gujarat in the coming two years.
